The Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Economic Development (HED) has announced the opening of the SHIP First Mortgage Loan Assistance Program which will provide funds for first mortgage assistance. This program provides 4% fixed-rate loans to income-eligible households to make homeownership more accessible.
